He has trekked and climbed in Nepal and India and has travelled across China, through South East Asia and through much of the Middle East. Among other things, he has photographed camels being hoisted into the air (Turkmenistan), bubbling mud volcanoes (Azerbaijan), holy rats at the Karni Mata Temple (India) and the great mountains of the Himalaya (Nepal).
